Clients engaging our services agree to:
SCSBPM maintains strict confidentiality protocols and complies with international data protection standards including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS where applicable. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business information exchanged during the engagement.
Service levels, performance metrics, and uptime guarantees will be defined in individual service agreements. SCSBPM commits to meeting agreed-upon SLAs and providing regular performance reports to clients.
Pricing for services is determined based on scope, complexity, and duration of engagement. Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and late payment penalties, will be specified in individual service agreements. All payments are due as per the agreed terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:
SCSBPM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms or negligent acts.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or major technology failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
